PPR pipe connection technology:

As polypropylene is a typical crystalline polymer, its melt viscosity is sensitive to temperature, so temperature control is very important in extrusion molding of PP-R pipe.The molding temperature is generally controlled at 210~260℃, and the extrusion temperature is too high, which will lead to the accumulation of materials at the mouth mold, thus causing the degradation of raw materials and the deterioration of the performance of pipe products.
